A number of UK and European companies have been looking at Asia particularly India for cross border deals. We have been working on various proposals and advising our clients on structuring of the transaction, arranging financing and coordinating with various specialist tax and legal advisors.

We are quite active on arranging finance for a number of UK businesses in the form of acquisition finance, working capital finance, development finance for real estate ventures or the plain vanilla property finance.

India is a growth story that will extend beyond the immediate horizon of 2-3 years which most market participants tend to focus on. There is an increased momentum in the economy drawing in several parts of the country and propelling it ahead, spreading seeds of growth of varying potential.
